Ingredients:
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup cucumber slices
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper strips
- 1/2 cup sliced avocado
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface
Spread a generous amount of hummus evenly over each tortilla
