A delicious and hearty taco soup cooked to perfection in a Crock Pot. Packed with savory flavors, its an easy and satisfying meal for any occasion.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can 15 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can 15 oz corn, undrained
- 1 can 15 oz diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 can 4 oz diced green chilies
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- Toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions, cilantro
Instructions:
Brown the ground beef in a pan and then drain it
Put the beef that has been cooked into the Crock Pot
Black beans, kidney beans, corn, tomato sauce, diced green chilies, chopped onions, ranch dressing mix, chicken broth, and water should all be put into the crock pot
Make sure to stir everything together well
Put the lid on top and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours
Shred cheese, sour cream, green onions, and cilantro should be added on top of the hot dish
