- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise

Instructions:
Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C

It will take about 10 minutes of cooking after adding the onions until they turn caramelized
Take it out of the pan and set it aside
Cook the ground beef in the same pan until it is browned and done
Add pepper and salt
Spread out the mushroom caps on a baking sheet
On each cap, put one tablespoon of mayonnaise
Put some cooked ground beef in each mushroom cap
Then, put some caramelized onions and a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each one
Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles
Take it out of the oven and serve it hot
