Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeos
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado, diced
- Pork rinds or keto-friendly tortilla chips optional
Instructions:
Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C
Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until it turns brown
If you need to, drain the extra fat
When the beef is done, add the taco seasoning and mix it well
Put the tortilla chips or pork rinds that are good for you on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat
Add some crumbled cheddar cheese on top of the chips
Cooked ground beef should be put on top of the cheese
Put the dish in an oven that has already been heated for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles
After taking it out of the oven, add sour cream, chopped fresh cilantro, diced avocado, diced tomatoes, diced red onions, and sliced jalapeos on top
Serve right away and enjoy
