Keto Bacon and Egg Cups

Its easy to make these bacon and egg cups that are good for you and great for a quick low-carb breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 6 slices bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375F 190C

Line a muffin tin with bacon slices, forming a cup shape

Crack one egg into each bacon cup

Season with salt and pepper

Bake for 15-20 minutes until the egg whites are set but yolks are still runny

Garnish with chopped chives and serve hot
